- Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Stryde Skating LLC (“Stryde”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Stryde mobile application, website, or associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this End‑User License Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
- License Grant
Stryde grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
This license is conditional on your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable platform policies.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated software, design elements, graphics, text, media, and functionality are owned by Stryde or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a license to use the Service but acquire no ownership rights in the software, platform, or associated content.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content.
- Post or distribute content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
- Attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization.
- Circumvent moderation systems, bans, or platform protections.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful software.
- User‑Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or share on the platform (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Stryde a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
- Moderation and Enforcement
Stryde may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates platform policies or applicable law.
The platform may use automated systems, administrative review, and user reporting tools to enforce safety policies.
Stryde may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Third‑Party Services
The Service may rely on third‑party infrastructure and services including cloud hosting, media processing, and analytics tools.
Stryde is not responsible for outages, errors, or service interruptions caused by third‑party providers.
- Service Availability
The Service is provided on an ‘as‑is’ and ‘as‑available’ basis.
Stryde does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
- Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Stryde Privacy Policy and other applicable platform policies.
- Termination
Stryde may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination you must cease using the Service and remove the application from your devices.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryde shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
- App Store Compliance
This agreement is between you and Stryde, not with Apple, Google, or other application marketplaces.
Application marketplaces are not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Changes to Agreement
Stryde may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
